From 2014 to 2019, I worked in neonatal resuscitation research at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital, advancing from research associate to project scientist on randomized trials of umbilical cord clamping and EKG monitoring during resuscitation. That work produced 13 peer-reviewed articles and 5 abstracts, including first- and second-author publications in Resuscitation and the Journal of Perinatology.
